Company is good, work life balance is good, no pressure in work, but lots of politicas in microlevel and mid level. Overall I'm not satisfied with home credit because payout is very low, it is not justifying with work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue, salary is low and career growth is very slow.

...n home credit company. But must need to required some changes in this company. Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Overall very nice company and its a great platform to earn incentives. I have learnt about many things from this company which is more important when i work another company. Thats it

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i Love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client employees calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Home Credit is Good Compni, but In the lockdown, they fired a lot of their Employees, And Compni did a Good Work, giving everyone a salary of two months.
