...rking last 5 yrs in this company and my senior behavior fory side is very good .No Salary isshu in month last ,Salary credit in employe account 29 to 31 days last no late .....Job security is good and company culture, discipline are all excellent..... All employers are working with zero tolerance pollicy ....Ty so much....

Covind 19 with my job resign / termination ect.....This experience is very bad in my life with this company

I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.
