Cast , jatibad if u are a gowda then nobody tourcher you, and if You are a North Indian then they will fully tourcher. Fully poltics, only safe for mandya district people. They will come whenever they want to job.

MD was interested in film industries , at head office management was not understanding the site factors. In 2018 over 15-20 project , but in 2024 - only handing 5-6 project , due weakness in head office management

Compared to other contractors in the market, work life is good.

Depending on project you may have hard time. If client is good you will have good time. In terms learning new technology, not much new things to learn.
