Salary could be better. Secondly, teachers are roped in for every little thing, students should be given a little more responsibility. Most programs are in Bengali.

Institution head is well-behaved, timing is flexible, work culture is good, less office politics.

...er as per govt rules.Even teachers have to go to school in summer holidays also. Very less salary, no pf and esi benefits. No paid maternity leave. Female Teachers are forced to wear saree. Strict dress code.

The culture as well as the work atmosphere is very good. Colleagues are very helpful and cooperative.. Another plus point is the rector of this school very considerate towards all. Happy to be a part of this school.
