Everything was gud.... specially atmosphere and collouge....that is too important for office...

Dislikes

...an't say about dislike....beacuse everything was very good..so I m satisfied.... Something are not gud like- Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

First thing is not a good environment and work culture, Teammates never supports when it's more important, the management is every time unclear in policies, appraisals, and salary hikes. They don't give benefits and bonuses, they holds their own policies and conditions, and no one should point out against them. Totally very bad experience and almost lost carrer .

Dislikes

... who plays politics and whenever we complain management doesn't address issues. Salary hikes are very poor , no particular job training, no other activities more than work.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The management is pretty cool but dont have few words to describe few people in hierarchy. Overall, a pleasant experience working directly under MD Ma’am Mrs Monica Malhotra Kandhari.

Dislikes

The work life culture. Although, HR has given a good option of yearly leaves but the timing flexible is not upto the mark. Flexi timings should be a part of the organisation if one has to be there in office till late hours.

I like some experienced colleagues.

1. Behavior issues of managers. 2. No availability of SST manager. 3. Annoying work environment. 4. Hindi Math and science managers handle SST team since long time with no knowledge.
