Everything was gud.... specially atmosphere and collouge....that is too important for office...

Dislikes

I can't say about dislike....beacuse everything was very good..so I m satisfied.... Something are not gud like- Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team..

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

First thing is not a good environment and work culture, Teammates never supports when it's more important, the management is every time unclear in policies, appraisals, and salary hikes. They don't give benefits and bonuses, they holds their own policies and conditions, and no one should point out against them. Totally very bad experience and almost lost carrer ....Read More

Dislikes

Mainly there are few people who are 15-20 yrs of experience, who plays politics and whenever we complain management doesn't address issues. Salary hikes are very poor , no particular job training, no other activities more than work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
