No organizational hierarchy in the company makes it quite confusing. No effective HR department. Employee grievances are not heard or tolerated. No job security. Poor management and harsh executive decisions.

The company has a notice period of 3 months after you submit your resignation which I feel is a lot. The company timings are from 10am till 7pm from Monday to Friday and there's meetings every alternate Saturday. The company is based on Mysore (it's registered in Singapore because of tax benefits). This was something I was confused about when I heard about the company so I just wanted to make that clear to others. The projects over here are really interesting and quite fun to work on.

Dislikes

Although the projects are really interesting and fun to work on, the deadlines are extremely short. There's no benefits over here. As to what I've heard from employees, there hasn't been PF provided to full time employees since the beginning and they've just started giving it now. There's a very few senior developers. There's a lot of interns and a lot of heavy work is mostly done by interns. Being an intern, the major thing you'd have to learn is Unity and that takes some time to learn. It would be nice to have an experienced unity developer train us in the beginning. It had taken me about 3-4 months to properly learn it until I could give back results to the company.
