The company took an illogical target without any logical backing and data, and now its total haywire. There is absolutely no room for advancement in terms of position or pay in the near future.

POOR Work process, system, distribution of jobs & management. When you have no choice then you can join in Holoflex, becoz after join Holoflex you will forget yourself, your skills will destroy. Holoflex is not for the skilled & knowledgeable persons.

Work environment and friendly top management. Here you can afford to make mistakes and get away with it provided you learn from them and do not repeat it. In fact here you are always encouraged to make your decisions and the bosses are always there to support you.

Middle level management is utter nonsense. they don't have any managerial skill rather than insulting juniors. They do nothing, only suck company’s money and misuses their power.
