Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

You get to know about various technology and get chance to work on various things like testing , preparing scada pannel working on firmwares . The behaviour of staff is very good and supportive

Dislikes

The company in stage of growing so you can learn skills but if you are looking for other benifits then they are not available here .

I had work at Holmium Technologies for more then one year since January 2020 to Aug 2021. During this period I got learn a lot of things that a fresher need to learn. Seniors and team leads are very helpful and do not overburden you with tasks.

I honestly reviewed work culture was fine but sometime it was hectic. Company policies was also good.

Dislikes

Work was not specified. Actually company engineers go market to purchase raw material. Office time also more than 6 Pm. No overtime consider. And sallery is less with respect to work.....
