There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow

No HR policy exist ,No company Policy here.Only 4 ,5 flattery type person works here on which behalf owner of company takes decision. I worked here as a Design Engineer for aprx.2 years But was not able to explore my Learning Ability even I graduated from a reputed college. HOD having a great exp.of 24 years but not able to take any decisions due to narrow mindset of superior management and low standard politics. Few people who are not even able to read English properly they are whole and sole for this org. AT last NOT GOOD For any Newcomer. dont spoil your time and your Habbit.
