Salary sirf 5% badti hai Pramotion hai nhi Koi apni awaaz nhi utha skta .agr uthai awaaz to fire kr diye jaoge Associate level pr itna pressure banate hai sirf target target do .n koi cycle time study.n kuch bas aye or bol diya itna banana hai output. kese bhi banao . Increment kuch nhi hai 13 saal Wale ki 25000k hai bas Jo kaam krta hai uski @#₹## marte rehte hai .or tel lagane wale ko kuch nhi bolte hai ..

...e with the management to get the promotion and perk benifits during appraisal. They are hiring peoples on good package and during appraisal they increase less salary i.e. 4% to 8% by saying that you are on higher salary hence you will get less percentage In manager position they are hiring worst peoples who does not having comon sense also. Work from home is only given to the chatukars (their own feedbackers)

Dislikes

I do not recommend as the culture is worst then Indian companies. They are MNC but running 7 days even Junior management is not having 5day working They belive in extra work that people will do work in office hours and expecting that their people will participate in evening virtual meeting that is disturbed the work life balance.

...t comes to sanitisation and masking. Covid response of the company is very good. Benefits and compensation are good. Food quality is good. transportation facility is good. Plant is completely air conditioned. Lots of things to learn as they have systematic approach for the same and have schedule for various learning.

Dislikes

Production leadership is very poor. Over burdening production staff due to managerial inefficiency. Lack of team management in production. No learning from the seniors. Humiliation is very common.

...is transport. There is a small cafeteria and not any gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not good and they don't give good salary hike but bonus is very appreciable.

...or women). Although the shift is not changed every week for no apparent reasons. However Diwali bonus and additional salary for night shifts( only for men) is good.

Workplace culture has highly decreased over the last 1.5 years, food served in the cafeteria is average, no skill development or career opportunity or promotion whatsoever.
