There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinee

I got a call from holitech Hr team, they says they have opening for Asst manager PPC, salary is 45K, 10 hrs working then two hrs is compulsory for over time, as mention my current salary was 35K, I gave the Interview in five-round after enquiry in last company they selected me, then they offer me 32k to 35k and offer position Sr Engineer, I astonished to see that, as we discuss for hike, HR team( Sandeep,Kalpna) they are unprofessional they says to me we can u this amount join karna h to batao nahi to rahne do. totally unprofesion, no over time will be provide to management team, in interview they takes introduction,i show my work on Computer, technical round, then interview with Sr Management, then they hire me then i request him for draw my salary structure and offer latter what benefit i will get. they told join karna h to karo nahi rahne do, almost unprofessional HR team why they waste my time make Enquiry in last company. i review their last employees review about holitech company profile only 3 star and every one complaining to Hr Management. i advise to new interviewers don't waste your time and carrier in this company

First all of food quality is not good & second increase salary according to work experience. & the main thing is hignic cleaning process is not well.
