Also, there'll be no pretentious "fun events" to make you think you're having fun. You can work in peace. 7. Work ends at 6 (sharp, there'll be no requests or commands to extend a minute longer.) 8. It's a great place if you're in the early years of your career and just want to do your job while learning a great deal. 9. You get sensible feedback on your work biweekly.
