Here one can learn many works in system from the seniors.

The salary structure is very bad, there is no Overtime payment for deo & Supervisor level man power. There is no yearly increment in salary. & Though this company doesn't payment overtime , one have to work in overtime.

Management of the company are very nice They think and support all of the members of Holisol

Some managers and colleagues are very rude and working hours are not fixed also the salary delayed every month

Management team of holisol company is poor management because too late for getting money/salary. All people are working anywhere for salary so holisol management team cannot understand their situation. Burst management
