Forget about Medicine and other Household expenses. 8) Company Culture - Earlier Management was good, new management is pathetic they take blind decisions without discussing the impact with the employees. 9) Overall outlook - With the new Management and leaders coming in the work environment feels hostile and toxic. 10) If a Next level / Senior position is resigning then you wont get the opportunity to apply for that position, instead they will hire from outside a person with no experience but some professional qualification.
