Hybrid culture with Friendly peers. Other departments are far better except P2P department. Transport and Food facilities. Timely engagement activities by HR and Admin Team. Best place to work except Cons mentioned in description.

...ind foldedly supports all Managers which ends up with no Employee voice counted. Salary below industry standards. P2P Tower Head always supports and cultivates South Indian workforce in Holcim, which results in toxic environment in P2P department.

...ffice accessories like Bag, Water bottle, dairy, pen, stationery are available. 5) They wont give Diwali bonus. Only some sweets or a gift. 6) Work from Home is available - 10 days office and rest WFH but it depends on your boss and process requirement.

7) Salary & Appraisal - It is below average among the industry, with no promotions & very less increment which is only sufficient to pay yearly increase in your house rent. Forget about Medicine and other Household expenses. 8) Company Culture - Earlier Management was good, new management is pathetic they take blind decisions without discussing the impact with the employees. 9) Overall outlook - With the new Management and leaders coming in the work environment feels hostile and toxic. 10) If a Next level / Senior position is resigning then you wont get the opportunity to apply for that position, instead they will hire from outside a person with no experience but some professional qualification.

No Job Security, very high attrition rate, even top management average tenure < 1 year. Work culture is very poor, don't waste your career by joining this company.
