Likes

Principal culture at Germany is very good. Company has major variety of Tools and Products for trading.

Dislikes

Worse Management and does not care about employees. Never think of employee growth and always think on self achievements. Though had a good business in COVID period but threatened employee for job security and did not settle the perks and remuneration on timely manner to improve EBIT. Overall not good organization.
