The company open to freshers and a good platform to learn initially and has a good level of work satisfaction. Colleagues are always helpful and open to ask anything without any hesitation.

Dislikes

Only second and fourth Saturdays are off. Terrible work life balance once you become senior in your role.

- No work life balance even sat and Sunday you have to work - Skill wise you can't learn and develop anything. -even medical insurance also not covered in their employe benefits package

-The Workplace is sorted. It gets you into the corporate touch and hierarchy as well. -Overall, it was an okay experience for me as a fresher, but their bond policy feels like you are going to be trapped for long which is why I parted ways with the company.

Dislikes

-There's no sort of training and the sessions which they keep won't help as we are deployed within first 2 weeks and the training happened after 1.5 months. -Politics is too much. People easily point out their fingers at the trainee employees and there's no sort of trust within people. -Worklife balance is poor. I have stayed multiple days for the whole night at office. -The bond for 3 years is too much, leaving us with less compensation

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I was a part of the team.

The work pressure is high.To gain knowledge to other departments were limited by some.
