"Unfortunately, my experience at Hocalwire has not been positive. The work culture here is quite toxic, with a lack of support and a negative atmosphere that makes it difficult to stay motivated and productive. Additionally, there has been very little opportunity for skill development or career growth, which has made it challenging for me to improve and advance in my role. I believe a healthy work environment and opportunities for learning are essential for long-term success, and I have not found either of these at Hocalwire

I have found several challenges during my time at Hocalwire. One of the most difficult aspects is the lack of fairness in how employees are treated. It seems that certain individuals receive special treatment based on personal relationships rather than merit, which can create an unhealthy and divisive work environment. Additionally, there are limited opportunities for learning and professional development, and there is a noticeable lack of appreciation or recognition for hard work. This combination of issues has made it difficult for me to stay engaged and motivated in my role.

Most of the things are pre build and they are working on old technology most of the companies are not using these technologies. Support engineer earns more than Software engineer
