There is lot of opportunities to learn, inside the foundry shop floor dust level is very less as compared to another foundry..Top management is good and company culture is good.

1 During my work period i was feeling well secured. But in private sector job security is in our hand it is depend on our work experience and system management of our work field. Same thing was in HNV. 2 HNV work culture is good all members are working with team work and achieve all goals as per target. 3 Good management 4 HNV is strictly follow safety rules.
