1 During my work period i was feeling well secured. But in private sector job security is in our hand it is depend on our work experience and system management of our work field. Same thing was in HNV. 2 HNV work culture is good all members are working with team work and achieve all goals as per target. 3 Good management 4 HNV is strictly follow safety rules.

It's nowhere like a Japanese company, there are no funds, management is continuously changing and certain favoured people are taking all benifits. Situation in quality is worst, the AGM is a dummy and the person who is handeling this has the capabilities of a parliamentarian.
