Salary is not as much good as industry standard as per job responsibilities. No retantion plan for employees. No perks at all, they will provide health insurance only from the company side.

Company policies are decent and process following are good but no salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not decent and career growth is slow. In the job training is not given to new joinees.

As a over-all company it's a best place to work and there are some leadership team members who doesn't even care about you're views and action plans, who doesn't support you in achieving your KRA, and some also doesn't even value your personal time.

My company plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours in a day.
