Everything , it's not a mechanical job at all, after joining it felt like you are work like labour, after shift end you feel depressed and feel not to come tomorrow . Now comes to management, if you comes in odisa then you get priority in HMSU Jamsedhpur branch by hr and supervisor but if you are comes to West Bengal then you feel sideline by hr and supervisor, so kindly think twice before joining.

Likes

A flat organization structure which allows you to exhibit more skills and that come to the forefront. Decision making and good balance of responsibility and authority. makes one feel exited excited to perform. A good exposure to the rubber roller market and niche product line was the good part of the business.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the organization. It's a growing organization and has many challenges in the market on all fronts. Be it Human resources or sales or manufacturing. Every organization has its own positives and negatives.
