HMG Ltd is a 3 decade's old company.. Which is very professional and organized.. The Management n policies are excellent.. The senior Staff n G. M. In sales is very supportive to newcomers n juniors @ 🏭 factory in Attibele... On the Job training is provided to many newcomers n new joinees...

Dislikes

The only drawback is... Groupisms n Politics.. Salary is decent & incentives are fine.. There is a lot of Politics and very difficult to bare for the new comers..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
