There is nothing as per my opinion. I would not hesitate to say that it's the place which defines the real meaning of "Great place to work".

I like the work culture of company where we can focus on our main JD only. No need to involve in other related work. There are various departments. There is a lot of scope to learn and gain knowledge at workplace. Work life balance 8s good we can have family time as working days for us is 5 days per week only.

Dislikes

There is no options like work from home or hybrid mode because it is a agriculture company definitely we have to work on field

As far as I know. This is the only company where you can have a better work life balance. Work culture is excellent. Always thinks about increasing the efficiency in every process. Great place to work.

Aggresivity needed in some of the area.
