Colleagues are good supportive. Management is poor. blinding believes in HR. HR plays politics just for own benefits.

Company was good untill there was no HR manager as after joining HR manager all negetivity and politics started , HR doesn't capable to complete own task. plays politics with good staffs all usless staffs are still there in Company, who doesn't help or done any extra efforts for Company during Pandemic no proper work Management by HR.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
