Its very good company in all aspect for doctors. We got full salary during lockdown as well as besides this my job also secure. Company policies are very good. Senior's and colleagues are very helpfull.

The company is open for export. There is in my city aligarh.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, the growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. Manager do not value an individuals. No job training and guidance for fresher and experienced person. No rules and regulation in industry.

Things I does not like Nothing good there working at HMA Agro industries. Bloody shit employers. You can't even imagine your growth over there. They consider employee as animal who are there to do there work. Worst terrible culture. Nepotism highly prevails.

Dislikes

You can't imagine for a hike ,only owner will going to make there pockets hefty at your cost. They are really inhuman and won't pay much attention towards employees concern. It's more often like a sarkari job with low pay, back bitting, nepotism.
