Good teammates, emphasis on learning with decent job security for good performer.

Dislikes

Poor training, low compensation, long strenuous work hours. Company is never honest and transparent with compensations and promotions. No time for any activity outside of work.

People based company. Good learning opportunity as there is no proper procedures are in place.

Dislikes

Poor Management with full of ego, no morality at all, Empty appreciations on emails but no on time promotions (sometimes delay by one year), unexplained salary deductions with no prior notice at all, zero transparency on field bonuses, managers (from mid level to top most level) are so unprofessional that they talk in threatening tones to get the work done from their engineers and operators. No planning of relievers and man power at all. No timely leaves and days-off, work gets assigned to engineer even on leave. Shared accommodation even for very senior (6-7+ years) field staff.

Likes

This is the worst company for freshers. They exploit their employees in the name of trainings. They don't even talk to you with any respect, infact they abuse them while asking them to work for them for 18 hours or more

Dislikes

No safety at workplace, no work life balance. Mke you work for 18 hours a day. No holidays no days off. They make you work even on sundays

Likes

It is a contract drvien company, so yes job security is a problem, work culture is politics free, work life balance is a general issue and the only key word is efficiency. Company is focussed towards Field operations more than company support, but overall a good work to work after plotting the pros and cons.

Dislikes

strict compliance required, which may mean one has to slog if not efficient. Growth opportunities in support roles are limited.

If you complete Diploma and join as Operator in HLS so there is no skill development starting of joining you worked here like a labour you doing painting of tools , washing of tools & unit, lift heavy oil pipe, there is no fixed time to go home some day working timing 13/14hr We should be strong physically to doing this types of works.

Very long working hours No skill development Total labour work There is no holiday even no off on Sunday
