Hll lifecare Ltd is a non profit organization. Good working culture and experience also excellent in government rules and regulations. Company policies are good manegement team supportive.

Salary and benefits bonus is not giving employees level. That's only one think.

...ent and culture.Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are very clear and good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

the company is is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 10- 12 hours straight in a day i have to attend pt. attender & patient bill , reports and other outer reports.

...level is below room temperature. Management is not caring about their employees. No career growth no promotion no salary hike. No promotional activities to increase the sales. Overall nothing is good in HLL for their employees if you are on contract.
