Nothing. they are fraud-aster. They keep all their employees on either contract or third party and give very less amount of salary. There are only few permanent employees who gets lots of benefits but do the same work as contractual or third party owned employees. There is no bonus for contractual and third party employees whereas permanent employees gets several kind of bonuses yearly as well from the profit of the company.

Dislikes

The company have toxic work environment. Female employees are not safe at this place because of cheapest people surrounds.

This company comes under MoHFW. The seniors are very supportive. There are many learning opportunities as multiple projects are handled.

Dislikes

There are 3 types of employment category, one is on Company roll, one is on Fixed Term Contract and last is outsourced contract. All the benefits are given to 1st category. 2nd category is not getting any benefit. 3rd category being outsourced are generally neglected for any opportunities.

There is nothing dislike about the job in particular. It's just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them

I would to express my appreciation for excellent leadership and counseling in the duration of my working with HLL Lifecare Ltd. , Now HLL Infra Tech Services Ltd.(Subsidiary of HLL Lifecare Ltd A Govt. of India Enterprise). I have learned how the process to be done more effectively and efficiently which is of vital important in this competitive environment.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and over all growth is slow, innvoative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.
