The organisation only focused towards the profit and its growth. Not of the employees. The give minimum salary. No work life balance. Discrimination. Double standard. exploitation of employees. No adequate facilities like toilet, pure drinking water, canteen meal.and also proper parking facilities.

Low salary. Low appraisal. Favouritism in promotion. Office Politics. Worst HR policies for employees. Difference in CTC and in hand salary. Difference between production and design department. Appraisal for design before year end but for production no appraisal no appreciation.

Salary wise discrimination. The management thinks Design department is one an only important department. So, The salary of 3 year experience Design person is more than a 7 year Production and QA/QC Exceutive Engineer .
