Salary wise discrimination. The management thinks Design department is one an only important department. So, The salary of 3 year experience Design person is more than a 7 year Production and QA/QC Exceutive Engineer .

...able. 2.There is a strong focus on innovation and efficient client solutions. 3.The payscale is good, and salaries are paid on time. 4.The leave policy is employee-friendly. 5.Customer-facing teams receive strong support and encouragement from management. 6.The company is well-known and doing good business.

Dislikes

1.The organizational structure is unclear and only exists on paper. Old employee don't follow it. 2.Job descriptions and KRAs are not at all followed. 3.The appraisal policy lacks transparency. 4.There is little subject-specific training. Only mid and top (mostly Sales team) management receive basic training. 5.Trainee staff and freshers are not properly monitored or supported though they have capabilities. 6.Decision-making often focuses on satisfying the director, not broader goals of the organisation. 7.Unnecessary hiring is happening, and the HR (they call it People Success team) department is too large. 8.The filtration and drying equipment business lacks proper management, Only focuses is on GL business. (ANFD is their gem product but ignored at the moment) 9.Skills are not fully utilized, leading to inefficiency. 10.Teamwork is lacking, and long-term employees feel insecure about new hires. 11.The company focuses on wins but overlooks learning from lost opportunities. No proper review of lost opportunities 12.The canteen is vey much unhygienic and poorly managed, with directors unaware of the poor conditions.

The only good thing is that the company give salary on time. Nothing else good to talk.

Dislikes

The organisation only focused towards the profit and its growth. Not of the employees. The give minimum salary. No work life balance. Discrimination. Double standard. exploitation of employees. No adequate facilities like toilet, pure drinking water, canteen meal.and also proper parking facilities.

Methodology department is doing very good and careful work in the company Salary is done on time

hr's behavior is inappropriate Manager's Behavior Ground Floor Engineering does not provide support due to which the culture of the company deteriorates

Likes

Salary on 7th of every month without fail. Average Increment is 8%. No limits for good employee.

Dislikes

To perform here, it is required to put extra effort. Lots of multitasking require which leads to mistakes.
