No adequate facilities like toilet, pure drinking water, canteen meal.and also proper parking facilities.

Salary wise discrimination. The management thinks Design department is one an only important department. So, The salary of 3 year experience Design person is more than a 7 year Production and QA/QC Exceutive Engineer .
