The organisation only focused towards the profit and its growth. Not of the employees. The give minimum salary. No work life balance. Discrimination. Double standard. exploitation of employees. Salary on 7th of every month without fail. Average Increment is 8%. No limits for good employee.

Salary wise discrimination. The management thinks Design department is one an only important department. So, The salary of 3 year experience Design person is more than a 7 year Production and QA/QC Exceutive Engineer .
