Company entry level is Diploma working as a CL. Career no grow very bad role. HR is like own company rule creating. And all department like IND VS PAK. Like this happened in company. Working as a employee but HR language Bas separated and support .no support as a Hindi language. Many more are available inside the company.

The team was very supportive throughout my internship and helped me understand how things worked and allowed me to observe and explore and tag along to the meetings

Nothing much. My team did take a few weeks to warm up to me. I was at the Brakes production division. I also visited the Quality and Control division a few times for work and they were super warm and welcoming

Dislikes

All facilities available but management is not ready to bring properly. Especially stores and procurement managers, not interested to develop their team. Always dominate everyone. Worklife balance is 0. We can't spend our time with our family. No credits and appreciations for our excellent work. No ontime promotion and less increment. Think multiple time before joining here.

I learned a lot by coming here, and if I want to say more, I learned here that engineer is hard is smart. Safety first I like ,Transport specialty and food facilities are available. good
