it is a service based company so lots of projects created from scratch and you are independent to use any tech stack but justify it why you have used it. They are making there own saas platform from the scratch too.

If you are not curious enough so dont join this company. no fun friday , not completely employee centric but get your salary on time always.

There is nothing to like, in case you are not getting placed anywhere else you can join here for 4-5 months.

...e your appraisals only yield a maximum of 5% hike if the boss deems you capable. The company deducts your salary even for being one minute late or if your total punch-in time is less than 9 hours, even if it is 8 hours 59 minutes, your amount will be deducted. You're strictly allotted two breaks: a 45-minute lunch break and a 15-minute tea break; exceeding these breaks results in deductions per minute. Additionally, you're only permitted a single two-minute break for drinking water or using the restroom exceeding which will also result in further deductions. To cover up these deductions you will have to work on weekends as well. And no reports will be shared with you about these deductions.

Colleagues were nice , decent salary and job security (:P they can’t fire🤣 as they are barely able to hire)

...only developers and ceo and 1 project manager in the company . No ops , no hr . Lot of salary deductions for breaks , all your breaks are counted . CEO keep shouting in front of everyone even in from of other co-working companies. There is no culture . Workplace is toxic and pathetic. Lot of salary deductions. CEO will humiliate you every now and then . Saturdays are working .

I have been working with HKS for 4 years now and have progressed from a Web Designer to a Full Stack expert with the company. My experience has been good so far.

The company is a start up so there are things that the company needs to build up on such as Devops.

It was a nightmare , CEO is not only toxic Abusive too, working here is going through mental and emotional harassment.

Everything, Being an Hr CEO would make me do sales , I was the only HR there and all my job was noting down why people are taking break. CEO would ask me to come up with ways to deduct salary of people . CEO is abusive and he will shout every now and then . I had to leave the job without serving the notice period. Only join the company if you don’t have any offer and really need money. Trust me this company is nightmare.
