Joined as an ITI holder in 2002. Management supported me to complete my Diploma,then Engineering and now masters.

Dislikes

Exit policy was disturbing, earlier they use to demand 3 month's salary if a person needs to resign immediately or he/ she needs to work for three months and moreover there is no job security
