Homely working environment. Work pressure is quite balanced. Salary will be paid on time.

Dislikes

The pay is very less as compared to Industry standards. No additional benefits for office staff. No growth or development.

Job security is the best as termination of employee is negligible even after repeated mistakes.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal is not satisfactory as this company has no KPI record of the employee. Workaholics employees get more work burden from management & some employee are not being utilized at all.
