The company has a great work atmosphere. The workload is manageable, and there's always something new to learn. I've had the opportunity to work on multiple technologies, which has broadened my skill set. I started my journey here as a fresher and have grown significantly, now working as a junior software developer. I've learned a lot and am grateful for the experience.

Dislikes

The only problem I find here, and I think it's a major one, is the salary. While I do receive my salary on time, it's consistently lower than my expectations. The appraisal process is also almost nonexistent. Even if I give my 100% to the job, it seems like I get less than that in terms of compensation. This is something I'm not happy with about this company.

It's a nice place to work if you're an experienced person in your respective domain. You are fully responsible for your work, good or bad.

Dislikes

Good salary Increments are tough to get, however good you are. And Freshers should not bother coming here if you want a nice compensation. You better have 2 Years minimum Work-ex.

You will get free time. Because they don't have their client base. the employee can learn in their free time. They will share your profile with many companies for interviews so that, that company hires you and you will be blocked for the next 5 years. Alert: Do Not Join

HR policy and HR department are managed by the Finance team. The finance team runs the HR department, decides your leave your, and all your HR work. The HR team is very bad, always notising you by the CCTV camera, how long you talk on the phone, How Many time you go washroom. its true. and all these details are shared with the Company owner. 100 times you should think before joining. If you are fresher then you will destroy your career, if you are experienced then you will going to destroy your life. Once you leave the companay they will 100% give the negative feedback to your new company : This company not a IT company its fully working on resources provider: If you not clear any client interview (Other IT Company) you will be fired in next 1 week or less.

Maine thing I like the most in Hiteshi infotech is the option to switch the profile department based on your capability, efficiency, and interest. Work-life balance, flexibility in trying own techniques of working under supervision, Efficient leadership, helpful Co-workers, healthy working atmosphere, Job security and stability, Career growth.

Dislikes

the only point which needs to be improvised is resource training to enhance the skills and project documentation

Great working culture. HR is supportive and management is also very helpful. There are ample opportunities, both in terms of personal and professional. I have worked with 6 companies in my career, haven't found a better company than this.

Sometimes office politics among co-workers exist.
