Doing job at HH is like doing for daily wages not for improvements in the day to day life they pay 300-350 rupees to the graduated engineer and working times will be 9:30 to 18:30 but the employees should work minimum 19:00 or maximum full day there is no incentives & no xtra wagegs for xtra time if we came late by 1 minute they will deduct 1 hour payment and come to lunch hours it will be 30 minutes from 13:30 to 16:00 if we have work on lunch hours we should finish it otherwise the company higher authorities will blame us so before gng to employment i would suggest ask work times and make it remember

working with HH is a big mistake in life there is no growth no improvements in salary and an graduate engineer should do labor wrk otherwise they will fire u worst environment even security is also MD but educated graduates are labors in this firm

To get knowledge technically you can join and learn as early as possible

...Company MD will abuse and use unparliamentary language even for a small mistake. For a career growth this is not much good company and according to salary matter even daily labour earn more money. If we do one work which is not instructed by the design dept officials they kept it as a grudge and may suffer you. Even security guards will behave like MD if we come 10 mins late. Working hours are not as per company standards. we have to work like a slave.

For fresher's it's a good company and can gain good knowledge but for experienced it's no use

The work culture and management is terrible and the way they treat a employee is horrible and salary for a design engineer is less than a normal technician.. work hours are not fixed they keep on changing according to the management and no payment for that no proper week off and

I like working in Hitech Hydraulics because the working nature is good and the surroundings are clean and undisturbed and the work goes parallel and good without any disturbances and they are very supportive helps to overcome the problem that comes in the work and supports,guides.

Hi tech Hydraulics is a company which deal with hydraulic systems. But there is a regional feeling among the people.On security basis,they will not fire you until yourself submit your resignation.

Dislikes

Job training is a secondary thing, they donot demonstrate what they manufacture actually. And I'm sure you are unable to know the process of the management even after working for more than a year.
