Tye company is good for new comers they will get higher salary apart from current employee.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Due to covid 19 they decide to not given any increments and promotion but we all are working well in this situation that's very bad experience.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The scorecards are very transparent and rewarding. The company's work culture is good, and the engineering department is one of the best divisions to work in.
