Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company have no discipline no rules & regulations, my work satisfaction with the company is nil, you can't get help form any management staff , salary structure is so poor, behaviour of most employee's is very bad. getting salary have no date. the company have big communication gap. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has mobility base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, Management not giving any other manpower . So some time doing work very hard for me , there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
