... frequent management change. There needs to be increment every year with good %. Salary range is not very great.

Continuously changing leadership boards. Hike and compensation are not great. less no of projects. a notice period of 90 days.

...a to digital service and after that they stop giving you appraisal or promotion. Sometime they don't credite salary also. Whoever joining join in your risk. Bad work culture. Bad package

...ancial problems and not getting any opportunities outside continuing in Hitachi. If I get an opportunity outside with same package now I am getting, I will gonna leave this

No projects for freshers in Salesforce. If any opportunity comes also they will give it to experienced.

There is good scope of development and learning provided by organisation but there is no work life balance at first ...so to learn any extra skill there's no time...

...f the Sap projects there will be too much work here ..with no work life balance. Here some people pretend to work for rewards and recognition like donkey for just a good bonus....For Indian holidays leaves need to be taken bcz that's not client holidays....for project holidays..we need to work bcz that day won't be Hitachi holidays..client is God for HV. Overall company is a factory were robots work.
