1. Management support not received timely. 2. They are not sharing seniors name & number. 3. Unable to get help from anywhere. 4. More than 2 years ago but still no any update regarding appraisal and increment. 5. Work load balancing issue. 6. I suggest - do not join as a Hitachi employee site engineer. 7. Overall company is good but not expected help from seniors. 8. पगार शुरू मे ही मांग लेने का, bcoz increment is less than 1500/- in a month... Feedback from old employees

Nothing is good about this company bad management.

Dislikes

Everything no night allowance, we are working on holiday no compoff or double pay, weekoff should be 8 we get 5, we can’t take leave, we 4 work in 3 shifts if one is on weekoff other is on leave then other 2 are forced to do double shift with no pay. Hire for Security analyst but still waiting for work we are forced to do data entry job at client site team need at-least 6-7 L1 but we are 4 . Please don’t join. Just on name of Hitachi

No salary hike if you work more also & no career growth only job security is good and big problem is Management is very poor not able to manage projects that’s why loss some projects and Managers favouritism is if some don’t have skills they got more salary hike due to favouritism but what about those who work hard?
