The only good thing about Hitachi is It's name, Everyone outside thinks that I am working with a great company but that's not the truth. I think only Hitachi Systems, India is terrible!!!

I don't have anything to like there, no salary, no career growth, no support, no motivation, no salary improvements, not even diwali special sweet. They don't care about employees.

Only one thing is good. Salary never late every time its come to 1 of every month

Dislikes

No personal and professional growth not provide any kind of training. Appraisal and increment provided very less total max increment is 1000 rs per annum. Manager behaviour is very rood it's like a sarkari officer.

Work profile comfortable with salary increase policy is very bad 😔 so reporting manager side salary increase no result.

Reporting manager nitin bola salary increase recordings culture very bad and no response.

1. Cool Work culture like Japan. 2. On time salary. 3. Timely promotion. 4.work life balance depending on client. 5.reimbursement facility 6.colleagues and managers really helpful.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary not growth but career also not growth is very slow.on the job training is not give to new joinees.All my senior managers and also my reporting manager is not good and talking style very very badly. And also my TL it's amazing
