There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary not growth but career also not growth is very slow.on the job training is not give to new joinees.All my senior managers and also my reporting manager is not good and talking style very very badly. And also my TL it's amazing

...d me there is no need to do team work, the don't provide any type of facilities. No increment in salary after a year. All engineer facing salary problem, and hitachi managerial member don't talk politly and they proud to their own post.

Hitachi systems gives wonderful opportunity for who really need to achieve in their life.it provides great supportive to their employees and guide with right path to achieving goals.company policies are good,management of Hitachi is well organized and planned manner.

Need to give current updates to employers means proper training. Need to give performance based salary increments. Encourage employees with providing awards and certificates regarding their performance.
