After joining there is no training.in this job there is no new think to learn.and technical job is less and documentation work is more.and one more think traveling is too much and company not giving any travel expenses.

Only one thing is good. Salary never late every time its come to 1 of every month

Dislikes

No personal and professional growth not provide any kind of training. Appraisal and increment provided very less total max increment is 1000 rs per annum. Manager behaviour is very rood it's like a sarkari officer.

Work profile comfortable with salary increase policy is very bad 😔 so reporting manager side salary increase no result.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary not growth but career also not growth is very slow.on the job training is not give to new joinees.All my senior managers and also my reporting manager is not good and talking style very very badly. And also my TL it's amazing
