Training was good,Appraisal was very good,good learning in every project,

...reciations emails from my client,those was considered at the time of appraisals.Promotions and compensation was decent.

There are no benifits in the company, it's only mental stress. No equality among the employees. Alot of injustice within the coworkers. Everybody is not treated equally.

Dislikes

Very bad company one can join they treat you like slavess. No appraisals and promotions. Only mental pressure and stress. They expect you to with beyond the work hours.

Overall the leadership team of Hitachi Solution is not efficient baring a few who are very nice. HR team is the most pathetic team in this organization, I pity for the staff in hands of such a immature and inexperience HR team and HR leadership.

Dislikes

HR team at Hitachi is the major reason why so many people are leaving the company. Changes in the HR leadership is a must and recommended for the company to grow and prosper.

People on managerial level are extremely rude and disrespectful They will try to demotivate at every point where you dont have knowledge of specific areas Also its an absolute no for freshers. The level of knowledge gained in other companies is much more as compared to hitachi No proper training and knowledge sessions.
