...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hitachi India pvt ltd Company is nice.

Team and Manager at client location are not supportive at all.There is often less preference (partiality) for women employee due to which girls employees are getting professional and salary growth.

The company is environmental for lifetime jobs security very less. There are no future in the company for career growth.there are no training session to improve knowledge in the company.there are no co ordination with company.

Don't join this company such worst people like juliet from Bangalore admin team,madhav from service delivery manager,amarjeet HR team such waste guys idiots whay the people are working i don't know,no response what we are asking and salary increment for me 200rs they given,waste company my stomach is burning.we request for last working measn they won't leave,they only decide the last working day when we has to go
