...with Hitachi Systems India, and I want to highlight the major issues I faced: 1. Salary Not Paid – Despite completing my notice period and all formalities, the company refused to pay my pending salary. Initially, HR assured me that I would receive the payment after 45 days, but now they are making excuses and saying they won’t pay at all. 2. HR Misled Me About Signing a Bond – When I was leaving the company, HR approached me with a document to sign without informing me that it was a bond. At no point during my joining or employment was I informed about any bond agreement. Now, they are falsely using this as a reason to deny my payment. 3. Notice Period Properly Served – My resignation was accepted, I completed my notice period, and I fulfilled all assigned tasks with full dedication. Yet, they are unfairly withholding my rightful earnings. 4. HR's Lack of Transparency – I followed up multiple times through calls and even visited the office in person. Initially, they promised payment after 45 days, but now they have completely changed their stance. 5. Unprofessional Treatment of IT Engineers – The company does not treat IT professionals fairly. The lack of respect, unethical policies, and misleading commitments make this a terrible workplace experience. -No Training Provided to Engineers – The company does not invest in training or upskilling IT engineers. Employees are expected to perform tasks without proper guidance, which makes learning and growth very difficult.

Team and Manager at client location are not supportive at all.There is often less preference (partiality) for women employee due to which girls employees are getting professional and salary growth.
